Do I Eat Before a Workout or on an Empty Stomach?

✨ This is a question often asked by clients working out in the morning.

✨ Some pros may argue you burn more fat by working out on an empty stomach but the bottom line is you want to get an effective workout and not everyone operates well with an empty stomach and low blood sugar. 

✨ Are you going to be effective if you feel weak, queazy or lightheaded? If you want to get the most out of your workout, you have to listen to your body! Everyone’s body does not operate the same. 

✨ Having a small amount of protein and carb will suffice to fuel your body and carry you through the workout while making you feel energized and strong.

✨ As a coach helping my clients lose weight, fat is definitely lost with the diet you consume but that is done throughout the day and the choices you make, it does not have to be done by starving yourself before your workout.
