Obsessed with Getting the Perfect Body?

Do you ever feel obsessed with food? Do you ever feel obsessed about the workouts you get in or that you don’t get in?

 

 

✨ If so, I can totally relate. This is where my journey began. I did not have the body I wanted and I had too many medical issues working against me and I didn’t know how to get there.

 

 

✨ I obsessed about everything I ate and I mean everything I put into my mouth on a daily basis, it was crazy! Then, when it came to my workouts I had to get 5 to 6 workouts in a week no matter what. If I didn’t feel well or something was wrong, there was no listening to my body. I was simply obsessed with getting to my end goal, no matter what.

 

 

✨ It was definitely not healthy from a physical standpoint nor a mental standpoint. I had to learn and grow by overcoming my medical issues and having children and continuing to overcome these hurdles. It enabled me to have a lot of self growth and learn to listen to my body and become the trainer and life coach I am today. I definitely don’t obsess about everything I’m eating (though I’m a healthy eater) and my workouts are only a few times a week (single mom life is a bit crazy).
