✨ It really is the same driving force for all of us, dissatisfaction for the present, wanting/expecting more for ourselves, and/or unhappiness in our current state.
✨ Any of these forms of discontent will propel you towards change. The key to successfully make the change is to go about it the right way and not get hung up and frustrated along your path.
✨ This can be applied to any type of change you need to make. For example, changes in your fitness, nutrition program, relationship, job, etc. Begin with being very clear on where you’re dissatisfaction lies and what exact change you are looking to make. Then, consider the options of how to go about making the change most effectively. You must have a plan in order to execute it with efficacy.
✨ Once you are in the execution phase, then you are going to need to rely on persistence to follow it through. Things worth having will not happen quickly but will take time. This is where the challenge lies and weakness often settles in. I have seen it many times with clients. And so, I highly recommend relying on a coach if you haven’t tried that route before and you are looking to really follow through and reach your goal this time!
