When is the Best Time to Work Out?

✨ If you wonder when the best time to get moving is, my answer to you – whenever is convenient for you. Anytime will do! It’s difficult enough for all of us to make time as it is, finding that ‘perfect’ time is the least of your concerns.
✨ I know many of you have heard about working out on an empty stomach helps your body use fat reserves quicker as fuel but this is irrelevant if you are devoid of energy on an empty stomach and don’t have much to put into your workout. It is much more productive to have a little fuel in you and get a much more effective workout. It is also irrelevant if fat loss is not the goal. If building muscle is the goal, then you would want to actually eat prior to your workout and post workout.
✨ As a helpful reminder, fat loss can and will still occur with workouts that are not done on an empty stomach. I would recommend to not consume a meal beforehand especially rich in carbohydrates. The difference maker is the workout you do and the intensity you put in!
✨ You should be getting the results you’re looking for and if not, there needs to be a change made with your workouts and/or eating. This often doesn’t need to be drastic. It can be minimal and with just some tweaking and changing the timing or frequency… but slight adjustments can at times make all the difference.
